This male rhinoplasty patient wanted a smaller nose to better fit harmoniously with the rest of his face and the bump on the bridge of his nose to be removed. As you can see on front of you there is very little change between his preoperative and postoperative views. However his profile pictures show a significant reduction in the size of his nose. Given his relatively thick skin, this is a significant reduction and is approaching the limit that his nasal anatomy would allow. Cosmetically speaking his post operative nose job surgery is a significant improvement.
