This lovely lady disliked her nose because she felt it was too wide at the bottom, her profile was round and her tip drooped. When a nasal tip is rotated upwards there is increased show off the nostrils.
This can be seen on frontal view best. As long as the rotation is not over done, it will remain aesthetically fine. The scar on her columella is a good example of how well the skin in this area can heal to the point where the incision is difficult to find.
