Case 252 Details

The main issues identified in this female patient under going rhinoplasty are the over projection off her nasal tip resulting in her nose larger than desired, the large boxy nasal tip cartilages creating a tip that is too wide and poorly shaped.

In addition the width of her bridge and tip are wider than ideal. It would be difficult to produce this degree of improvement without using the open rhinoplasty technique. Although there is certainly possibility of less success.
