Case 251 Details

This male rhinoplasty patient had a severe injury in the past causing difficulty breathing and a crooked appearing nose. In addition to improving the straightness of his nose, his moderately large nasal hump was removed and a straight profile created. His septum played a large role in the crookedness of his nose and was the cause of his nasal obstruction.

There has been a significant improvement in the straightness of his nose however the bottom part of his nose remains tilted. This is a good illustration of how rhinoplasty creates improvement but not perfection.

These results are typical for Dr. Oakley Smith, Toronto Rhinoplasty Surgeon.
