This lovely female rhinoplasty patient wished for a smaller more balanced knows how long with improvement to her nasal tip. Because of the thickness of her skin the rim of the cartilages that make up the tip is easily seen. She also has a very small nasal dorsal hump and her columella, the fleshy part between the nostrils is drooping slightly.

Her post nose job surgery appearance shows good improvement in all areas of concern.
