Rhinoplasty – Case 351
The patient shown here presents with a long nose that appears droopy. The degree of tip rotation is not within the acceptable natural range and needed to be rotated upwards.
Overall her nose has been made smaller and the thicker skin has been able to tighten and shrink around the smaller nasal framework fortunately. Half note her nose was slightly externally shifted to her right before her nose job surgery and afterwards has been corrected to some degree.
These before and after photos show a typical result by the rhinoplasty surgeon Dr Oakley Smith from Toronto.
