Rhinoplasty – Case 384
This nose is unusual in the deformity seen is almost always due to previous surgery. This case is the exception to the rule. There is a significant crease and depression on her right tip area that has been very nicely improved with surgery. Furthermore the external deviation to her left has been improved and now appears almost perfectly straight.
The nose is also slightly smaller and her tip has been rotated to shorten the length of her nose. Unfortunately she did not like how blunt the tip of her nose became and therefore after waiting a year we proceeded with further surgery to create more definition of her tip.
These before and after photos show a typical result by the rhinoplasty surgeon Dr Oakley Smith from Toronto.
