Case 244 Details

This lovely lady had a previous rhinoplasty which unfortunately left her with knuckling of the tip cartilages, over rotation of her nasal tip and difficulty breathing through the right side of her nose.
She had a closed approach with her first nose job so the columella incision could be made in fresh skin.

This allowed the scar to be nearly invisible. Her breathing was improved by placing her septal cartilage back into the midline. Other improvements were narrowing of the nose, better symmetry of her tip and counter rotating her tip to improve her unusual profile appearance. Counter rotation of a tip is much more difficult to create than rotating a tip.
